His Dark Materials is mainly a way of entertaining audiences as it has a fantasy genre

BBC informs their audiences by demonstrating historical, social and cultural context in both of these shows (His dark materials and Doctor who). 22 It entertains its audiences by making both of these shows fictional shows and by including genres which would typically entertain audiences as Doctor who which is a Science fiction TV program and His Dark Materials which has a fantasy genre. 62 This means that they include aspects of made up things that we would not see in real life making them more entertaining and it would be diversion for audiences. 97 It educates as Doctor Who includes lots of facts about science history and other topics which would educate and inform its viewers. 119 Also by Doctor Who having lots of seasons by watching them you are able to see how the world has changes. 140 You can also see how representations and perspectives have changed over time. 152
